Work Flow

1. Send us an email for free quotation.

2. A quotation will be sent for your approval, including the working period, and the method of payment.

3. Your document will be turned over to an experienced translator.

4. Start doing initial proofreading (with reference to the original version).

5. Final Inspection/Proofreading (without reference to the original copy) will be done to ensure the translated document is completely understandable to the target audience.

6. Delivery. The translated document will be sent via email in .doc or .pdf format. There are no service charges for typing or file conversion.

7. We do provide after-sales service. Shall you have any question regarding the translated document, please feel free to email us and we will respond to it promptly.
